Primaris Customer Service Accessibility Policy

Current Issues: Two.

The elevator in the administration hallway is currently out of service until further notice. 

The down escalator from Sport Chek to the Food Court is currently out of service until further notice.

All other escalators, elevators and automatic doors are fully operational.

Primaris is committed to providing its services to persons with disabilities in a manner that is consistent with the principles of respecting the dignity of persons with disabilities, equality of opportunity, integration and independence.
