Stone Road Mall’s 43,000 square foot expansion is well underway; structural steel has been erected, the roof is being installed, framing and boarding of the exterior walls are also underway; once these projects are completed we will achieve a water tight condition and will then pour the concrete slab on grade. We are very excited to confirm that the Marshall’s (25,000sf), Sport Chek relocation and expansion (35,000sf), Forever 21(15,000sf) and Bank of Montreal right size and relocation are all completed deals. All but Forever 21 are scheduled to open for business in fall 2016. Forever 21 will open in Phase 2 of our expansion project in Spring 2017. Other new tenants coming to Stone Road are; The Barber Shop, Hakim Optical, Bank of Nova Scotia and Mountain Warehouse

We like to thank all our patrons for their continued support and patience throughout our changes
